Taxes: Where required by law, National Marine Exhaust, Inc. shall charge the customer the applicable state sales tax.

Photographs: National Marine Exhaust, Inc. makes every effort to provide photographs with accurate and true color of product finishes. Due to the known variables that exist with digital-image processing, computer monitors, and personal settings, the finish may slightly vary from its photograph.

Limitation of Liability: If National Marine Exhaust, Inc. is responsible for any claims or problems arising from this agreement or the services you have ordered; including claims for negligence, breach of warranty, or damage; our liability shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price paid by you for the services that give rise to the claim or problem.
